We sell clothing and accessories for men and women, plus a wide range of goods for outdoor and indoor living.
Our products and practices range from organic, recycled, hand-made, fair trade, vegan and fair wear to name but a few of the ethical standards we aspire to.
Everything is produced, printed or hand-made in house from our oceanside HQ in the beautiful region of La Zenia, Spain.
We do not have a store location, but you can find us at our Travelling pop-up shop throughout the year, just follow us for any updates and dates.

Delivery & Returns
We ship globally from Spain to customers worldwide; including UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the World with only a few exceptions.
Our order processing times are 9am-1pm (CET), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm, weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next day.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
Our processing and dispatching services are not currently affected by COVID-19 and have no delay to orders being processed and dispatched, with all the required safety measures in place to ensure our staff and customers are as safe as possible.
The World Health Organisation have also advised that you are safe to receive packages that are moving from country to country: "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
Due to COVID-19, your government will be taking steps to ensure the health and safety of your country. Because of this, your local postal courier may be facing some delays with delivering packages due to reduced transport links, and there may be additional steps in place to ensure contact is limited.
We would advise to check with your country's local delivery courier for current shipping delays, as they may be affected by shortages of staff and high volumes of post in their delivery network.
We ship worldwide for free using an economy fully tracked service for all orders of €80 or more.

All domestic & international orders are sent express via DHL as standard, and by economy with DHL or Correos depending on service and location. All services are fully tracked from end-to-end, unless an economy un-tracked option is chosen at checkout.
Once dispatched orders should arrive within the time frames below for each region. Shipping times are just an estimate and can never be completely guaranteed, although the success rate for on-time deliveries is extremely high.

Tracking numbers are provided at the time of order despatch, but please email us at email@example.com at any point during your order process and we will provide you with any help tracking your order.
For all packages sent within the EU, no extra customs or duties will be charged.
For all countries outside the EU (including the UK), any packages imported into your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You, as the buyer will be responsible for any extra fees, customs duties or other fees that may be charged by your government/postal provider.
We cannot guarantee you will not be charged, so please check with the relevant authorities before your order.
We are a little bit different by offering all customers 60 days to return any unwanted items for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return all items need to still be in a new and unused condition, with all the applicable original packaging.
All items are returned at the customers expense; except when faulty.
After receiving your returned parcel we will take the appropriate action depending on your request for either a replacement item or refund.
We try to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them at our location. We'll notify you by email once the return has been processed.

Orders & Payment
If your order has not been despatched, you can still amend your delivery address. Please just email us firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form, stating your order number and address change.
If you need to cancel your order, all orders have to be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please ensure you cancel the order asap if you need to. Please contact us at email@example.com or use our contact form to cancel your order, quoting your name and order number.
As we try to dispatch your orders as fast as possible, it means that once an order is placed its extremely rare we can catch it fast enough to amend it! This means we cannot remove items, change items, add items or combine orders.
If we are unable to stop your order for amending you will need to return any unwanted goods at your own expense for a refund or exchange or place an additional order for anything you forgot to add.
If you order has not arrived in the allotted time, your tracking reference number doesn't work OR your tracking reference states your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org asap or use our contact form and we will begin a process to resolve your issue.
This is a super rare occurrence, but if this does happen, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us via our contact form or email at email@example.com, stating your order number and outlining your order issue.
We will ensure this gets rectified as soon as possible!
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa Debit, Visa Electro, Mastercard, Visa, UK Maestro, American Express, GooglePay and Apple Pay.
We also offer processing of orders via Paypal where you can pay using your PayPal account and any other credit or debit cards.
We offer a multi currency website for your convenience while shopping, as this allows you to view the product totals in your chosen currency before ordering as a guideline. At the point of ordering, all costs will automatically convert to EUR during the checkout process.
All prices seen on the website while ordering already include EU VAT of 21%.
